San Manuel Casino Show and Mighty Mo Gear
As many of you know, Tha Native’s good friend, MMA and K1 star Mighty Mo, won his last title defense on July 15, 2017 in Seoul, South Korea. Mo is now on a six fight win streak and hasn’t suffered a loss in over two years. At 46 years young, Mighty Mo is looking better than ever.
While I was personally impressed with his opponents ability to take some of his best punches, I was more impressed with Mo’s maturity in the ring; like with his ability to stay calm and focused and to never get frustrated. If you had watched the fight you would have noticed that his opponent employed the tactic of hit and run with more running than anything else. Despite all the running around, Mo fought smart to try and conserve his energy and simply attempted to cut off the ring rather than chase his opponent around. Eventually the fight ended up on the ground with Mo on top striking his opponent to the head until referee Herb Dean saw enough. And still…
Okay, with all that said, we are very happy to announce limited edition tees and shorts by So Cal Native Clothing featuring Mighty Mo. And if you didn’t know, So Cal Native Clothing is one of Tha Native’s companies and is a proud sponsor of Road FC champion, Mighty Mo. If you’d like to check out the new, very limited edition gear, check out this link here thanative.com/mo-tee. And if you didn’t see the fight, here’s a link to it https://youtu.be/BaCE5tJsaGo.
Lastly, if you have never visited San Manuel Casino before, try to make it out on the 18th or 19th of this week. That’s Friday and Saturday. Tha Native will be there inside the Tukut Lounge doing some popular cover songs with his mom’s band, Full Circle. He usually does this once a month if he’s free so try to make it out even if you have been there before. It’s a good time in a great lounge that’s usually quite packed. Oftentimes there’s a line to get in so try to come early (show starts at 9pm) and make sure you’re dressed appropriately for a nice lounge. We hope to see you this weekend at the casino. And if you’re a fan of Mighty Mo, he’s been known to show up fairly often to watch Tha Native perform at the casino and elsewhere. Maybe you’ll see him there and can get a photo with him and Tha Native both. Two of the friendliest guys you’ll ever meet. Take care.
